Some are ironic! I remember seeing that fact on Pop-Up Video years ago-- that it's not irony, "just a bunch of bummers"-- and being mad. Okay, rain on your wedding day isn't irony. But a no-smoking sign on your cigarette break kind of is! And a free ride when you've already paid is iffy. 10,000 spoons when all you need is a knife I think is mildly ironic, while meeting the man of your dreams and then meeting his beautiful wife just sucks.

She's got to step up her irony game or just change the name and the lyrics to the song to "Inopportune" --although that doesn't exactly roll off the tongue (that's what she said)...
